Qualifications:
Experience with field and on-site service with a variety of marine engines and propulsion systems is an asset.
Experience working with Electrical, hydraulic, and plumbing systems is an asset.
Passion for boats and the marine industry.
Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair skills and passionate about high-quality work.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated, flexible, and willing to research and learn new equipment.

Responsibilities:
Running an accurate diagnosis on different types of yachts and providing an estimate on the hours of job and sourcing the required parts.
Processing the service in a timely manner and provide any suggestions that can prevent the upcoming costs on the client’s boat and increase the vessel life span.
Processing the high-quality maintenance in a timely manner.
Create an accurate report on a daily basis after completing each task and submit it through the software.
Maintain strong communication with the team members and office staff.
Possessing a strong positive attitude and respect for other company members in the company.
